Bethany has been a birth doula, postpartum doula, and childbirth educator for a little over 10 years. As she began her own journey as a mother she found that her passion was in helping other go through the same transition. She was trained and certified originally through DONA and now has additional certifications in Madriella and Hypnobabies. She enjoys working with families who need support during the postpartum time for recovery, education, and feeling confident with their new normal. She is a mother of 4, including twins. In her spare time she is usually running her children to activities or enjoying quiet time to refresh and revive herself.
