Leah (she/her) is a resourceful RN and certified doula with a combined 7+ years of experience and training for families across the lifespan. She brings a unique background and understanding in all things related to birth/postpartum and outside the childbearing years, given her various roles as both a birth/postpartum doula and as an OB/GYN nurse. Leah is ACLS and NRP certified and holds a special interest in the identification and education of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Leah was trained and co-led a PSVa (Postpartum Support VA) peer support group in the Fredericksburg area from 2015-2017.

When Leah isn’t working, she enjoys getting out on any body of water and kayaking in her spare time. She is an avid reader who doesn’t subscribe to the belief that you can ever have enough books. She is a mother to 3 boys and one spoiled pup.
