I came to the postpartum care world as a client first, lucky enough to have a Metropolitan Doulas doula to help with my second baby. Watching what she was able to do to help me through issues with breastfeeding, postpartum depression, sibling adjustment, and a host of other amazing gifts, I knew I wanted to do the same for new and growing families in my community.
I am a DONA-certified postpartum doula and can provide physical, emotional, and informational support to new parents during the postpartum period. I offer assistance with newborn care, breastfeeding support, and help with household tasks to ensure that new parents have time to rest and recover.
I seek to be a non-judgmental and compassionate presence, helping new parents build confidence in their parenting abilities. I am honored to play a crucial role in helping families adjust to the changes that come with welcoming a new baby, offering reassurance and guidance every step of the way.
