Caro, Certified Postpartum Doula
I’m Carolina (Caro), originally from Colombia, and I’ve been living in the U.S. for over 10 years. My journey began with nursing studies in Colombia, which I completed in Maryland. Before transitioning into postpartum doula work, I worked as an Au Pair and nanny, deepening my passion for supporting families. While balancing doula work and nursing studies, I discovered a calling to teaching and earned my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Liberty University.
For the past seven years, I’ve specialized in infant and newborn care, with extensive experience caring for preemies, multiples, and babies with reflux. I’m passionate about helping first-time parents gain confidence, establish healthy sleep habits, and build meaningful, trusting relationships through nonjudgmental support.
I currently live in Maryland with my husband, our dog, and our cat. In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis, biking, working out, traveling, hiking, exploring new restaurants in DC, and spending time at the beach with my family.
