As a mother to one teenager, two young adults, and a grandmother to two, as well as a surrogate mother to two sets of twins, I have a deep and unwavering passion for supporting families.

My heart especially lies in the postpartum journey, that critical time when the excitement of bringing baby home transitions into the “now what?” phase—full of questions and uncertainties that no one really prepares you for. This is where the role of a postpartum doula becomes invaluable.

For the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting over 85 families with overnight postpartum care. It brings me immense joy to be there, helping families rest and recover. By ensuring they are well-rested, I know I’m also helping them bring their best selves to their newborn, fostering a deeper bond and a healthier start to this new chapter in their lives.

This is why I love what I do—it’s about giving families the space to thrive during one of life’s most beautiful yet challenging transitions.
