Supporting families during one of the most transformative experiences of their lives is my passion. I believe that my skills and training will help nurture and empower new parents.

I am a CAPPA trained postpartum doula with over 10 years of experience as a nanny. I have had the privilege of providing emotional, physical, and informational support to families through pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. I understand the importance of meeting each family where they are and tailoring my care to their unique needs, preferences, and values.

My goal is to support new parents with warmth, compassion, and humility. Above all, I honor the uniqueness of their journey. I listen carefully as they express their thoughts, values, and goals. Most importantly, I highly value their insights and preferences. I provide them with the tools they need to make informed decisions.
