Newborn Care Classes
Our baby care classes are taught by our postpartum doulas. They are held either privately, online and in-person in your home, or at convenient locations in Washington DC and NOVA. To sign up for a class, enter your registration information below.

This class is 2.5-3 hours and costs $250 (virtual) and $300 (in person)
Taught by our certified babywearing consultant, this private consultation covers:
- how to use a variety of carriers (or bring your own!)
- safety and best practices
- time to work on 1-3 carriers, depending on your level of comfort
Consultations can be scheduled pre- or post-natally. Babies are always welcome, but weighted dolls are also available to use for practice.
This consultation takes place on-site near Tyson’s Corner Virginia. It lasts 1 hour and costs $100.
The Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED blended learning course will prepare you to recognize and care for a variety of first aid, breathing, and cardiac emergencies involving adults, children, and infants. The online portion features award-winning simulation learning – an interactive experience where you will respond to real-world emergencies in a virtual setting and practice the skills that will prepare you for the instructor-led in-home skill session
