Having always loved working with kids since adolescence and becoming an aunt early gave Afi a fondness of caring for children. She became a career nanny and newborn care specialist before becoming a doula. Her passion to help postpartum mothers became evident after the birth of her first daughter and going through postpartum depression. Afi made it her mission to help as many new mothers as possible ease through the early weeks after giving birth.
