I’m Banger (they/them), a spirited postpartum doula local to the northern Virginia area. I am committed to providing care for families of all identities, backgrounds, and cultures. I hold a judgment-free space and provide relevant resources to parent(s)/caregiver(s) as they navigate making important and personal choices that come along with growing a family.

I believe that the parent-infant relationship is rooted in instinct and love, and I look forward to exploring how we can best nourish this relationship together.
