About
Carolina (Caro) is from Colombia and has been living in the United States for over 10 years. She
started studying nursing in Colombia and finished her degree in Maryland. She began working as
an Au Pair and nanny before working as a Postpartum Doula. After studying nursing in the
United States while working as a doula, she decided to pursue another professional career and
get her bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education at the University of Maryland College Park.
Over the last seven years, Caro has gained expertise in everything related to infants and
newborns. Her vast experience includes care for preemies, multiples, babies with reflux, and
more. She is truly passionate about helping first-time families find their confidence as parents,
creating healthy sleep habits that will last a lifetime, and building long-standing and trusting
relationships with clients while providing nonjudgmental support.
Caro lives in Maryland and enjoys spending time with her loving husband and her dog and cat.
In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, biking, working out at the gym, traveling, hiking,
exploring new restaurants in DC, and spending time at the beach with her little family.
